Any use by you of the website (the ‘site’) www.bangalorewinetrails.com, including any associated mobile applications (the “Site”) is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy published on the Site (collectively “Terms & Conditions”). We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice and at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates, which shall come into effect when posted.

All references to 'our', 'us', 'we', ‘BWT’ or 'company' within these Terms & Conditions are deemed to refer to Bangalore Wine Trails, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associates. “User” or “you” or “your”, shall mean any individual or legal entity who views or accesses the Site, is registered as a user of the Site or has subscribed to receive content on the Site in the form of updates, alerts, invitations or emails in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and its representatives who use the Site.

All rights in all material and content (including, but not limited to, text, images, web pages, sounds, software (including code, interface, and website structure), and video, and the look and feel, design, and compilation thereof) on the Site, except any Postings (as defined in these Terms & Conditions), are owned or licensed by us. You agree that you are permitted to use this material and/or content only as set forth in and to the extent permitted by these Terms & Conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Encouraging, condoning, or glamorizing under-age drinking, drunk-driving, or excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Violation of the terms of use associated with an Interfacing Site.

These Terms & Conditions, including our ‘Privacy Statement’ and ‘Cookie Policy’, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to its subject matter and supersedes any and all prior promises, representations, agreements, statements, and understandings of any sort whatsoever between us. COMPLAINTS

We take matters related to intellectual property rights, privacy and compliance with terms very seriously. Should you have any complaints regarding the Site, including but not limited to abuse and misuse of the Site and the like, or any issues related to data privacy please report the same to the admin of the Site (www.bangalorewinetrails.com) at connect@bangalorewinetrails.com, who shall redress your grievance. We will do everything we reasonably can to ensure that your grievance is attended to and addressed within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your grievance.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at Bangalore, India, for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions.

AMENDMENTS
