Three-Course Italian Wine Dinner

We invite you to another edition of Chef's Signature Pairing Series at Chianti, Indiranagar. This time, we have teamed up with Chef Manivel to bring you the hearty flavors of Italian cuisine over a three-course dinner carefully matched with three wines. 

This event is exclusively for BWT members, their families, and friends. You can customize the tickets for each guest using their details or repeat your email while buying multiple tickets. Registration closes on 21st October 2021 at 7:00 PM. Seats are limited. Each group will be seated separately.

Appetizer:

Supplì Alla Romana (v) 

Traditional Roman Arboria rice croquettes stuffed with mozzarella cheese, sundried tomatoes and olives, and served with marinara sauce

Polpette Di Pollo Di Funghi (nv) 

Chicken meatballs stuffed with mushrooms, an Italian household favorite, served with cocktail sauce

Paired with Grover, Soirée Brut, sparkling wine (India)

Cannelloni (v) 

An Italian classic made with homemade cannelloni rolls stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese baked with string cheese and served in a tangy homemade tomato sauce

Pollo Del Chianti (nv) 

Chef’s Signature grilled chicken breast cooked in cream, mushrooms and smoked cheese, served with vegetable ragu and mashed potatoes

Agnello Scottadito (nv) 

Delicately grilled, tender lamb chops, a specialty of Valpolicella, in peppercorn sauce, served with rosemary potatoes and grilled vegetables in jus

Paired with Zonin, 20 Ventiterre Valpolicella, red wine (Italy)

Dessert: 

Bomba Di Cioccolato

Warm chocolate bomb made with 75% cocoa and served with vanilla ice cream

Paired with Black Tower, Riesling, white wine (Germany)

• Members can book tickets and bring along their friends and family to enjoy this three-course wine dinner. Separate tables will be allocated for each group.
• This dinner package includes a 3-course meal and 3 glasses of wine. The total serving quantity of wines will be approximately 450 ml.
• Carry a soft copy or a hard copy of your ticket on the day of the experience.
